This is 50 tons per hour chrome spiral wash plant for laterite chrome ore in Zimbabwe.
1. Feeding: hopper, belt feeder, belt conveyor.
Function: feed evenly to the screening equipment.
2. Screening: trommel screen.
Function: screened material -2mm enters the spiral separator.
3. Washing: agitation tank, slurry pump, distribution, spiral separator. Function: separate chrome ore and impurities to improve the grade of chrome ore
4. Magnetic separation: wet drum magnetic separator.
Function: get qualified chrome concentrate Cr2O3
5. Water supply: water pump.
