  1. The processing capacity required is 30TPH.

  2. The raw material is rock gold.

  3. According to the rock ore information obtained from the customer, the rock needs to be ground to a final size of 0-1mm to release gold from the rock.

 Equipment List

  • Vibration feeder

  • Primary jaw crusher & fine jaw crusher

  • Vibrating screen

  • Ball mill

  • Gold centrifugal concentrator

  • Shaking table

  • Sluice box

  • Slurry pump & water pump

  • Belt conveyor

  • Gold smelting furnace

Step 1. Feeding System

  • Front-end loaders/dump trucks feed raw ore into the hopper.

  • Vibrating feeder ensures steady and controlled material flow to the primary crusher.

  • Electromagnetic feeder precisely regulates feed rates for downstream crushing and grinding.

Step 2. Crushing Stage (Two-Stage Crushing)

  • Primary Jaw Crusher: Breaks down large rocks (<340mm) to intermediate sizes (<100mm).

  • Fine Jaw Crusher: Further reduces material to 0-30mm via belt conveyor.

  • Key Advantage: High reduction ratio (1:10), ideal for hard quartz gold ore.

Step 3. Screening Process (Closed-Loop Control)

  • Vibrating screen classifies 0-30mm material:
✓ Acceptable size (0-20mm): Sent to grinding via transfer bin.
✓ Oversize (+20mm): Recycled to a fine jaw crusher.

  • Quality Control: Ensures optimal grinding feed size (≤20mm).

Step 4. Grinding Circuit (Gold Liberation)

  • Ball Mill: Wet grinds 0-20mm ore to 0-1mm slurry (-200 mesh, >85% passing).

  • Critical Outcome: Achieves 90%+ gold liberation from host rock.

Step 5. Gravity Separation (3-Stage Recovery)

  • Primary Concentration: Centrifugal concentrator upgrades slurry to high-grade concentrate.

  • Secondary Upgrading: Shaking table further purifies the centrifugal concentrate for direct smelting.

  • Tailings Recovery: Sluice box scavenges residual gold from centrifugal tails.

  • Recovery Rate: 80–90% overall (ore-dependent).
